My friend Andre sent me this incredible proposal video tonight.
God, every single time I think I’ve seen it all, I get a new link in my inbox … this just blew my mind. People are SO RIDICULOUSLY CREATIVE. I think that’s the biggest gift the internet has given us - the ability to enjoy everyone’s heretofore latent creativity. I truly believe we are ALL creative, but for so long we haven’t had an outlet or an inexpensive means of production, and now we do (whether it’s a “Drunk Kitchen” video or an intricate, romantic proposal like this one)!
And yes, yes, yes, of course I cried. (Sobbed, really. Not sure of the wisdom of sending a girl going through a break up a proposal video, but I’ll just have to take my joy where I can get it, baby, and right now it’s vicarious.)
Questions I have about this video, though: How did he get all those AWESOME clips of her? Was he filming her the whole time they dated?? And how were they so high quality? Is he a videographer? What camera did he use!? I must know the answers!!
(One more note: they are such a beautiful couple. She’s so smiley and pretty! You could tell, from the way she smiled at the camera, she loved him. Oh, I love that! I love when you can tell …)
